Maximum Activations Reached
If you get the "Max Activations Reached" when trying to activate Recover My files:
A single license of Recover My Files can be activated on two separate computers. For example, if you purchased the program for you desktop, you are also licensed to install it on another computer owned by you, such as your laptop.
Each computer is identified by a unique hardware ID. Once and installation on two separate hardware ID's is recorded, your license has reached its activation limit. The usual reasons for needing to re-activate our software are:
- a) you have changed or added new hardware to your existing PC;/
- b) you have purchased a and reinstalled or software; or
- c) the software has been installed and activated on other computers.
Hardware activation is an unfortunate necessity to limit the online piracy of or software. It is not designed to inhibit customers from using the software within the terms of the license agreement. Legitimate requests for additional activations should be sent to support via the email portal on this web page.

- Locate your purchase and copy and paste your product activation details.
